Hello, i am Reinhard Schuller.
I am the founder of "European – Hairmaster" and Europe's largest online training school.
And I would like to offer you both my tried and tested haircut system, as well as my mindset changing techniques and strategies.
Because 25 years ago, I was at the point where you might find yourself today... I was overworked, exhausted, and on the verge of total burnout.
I had many employees who worked with me. I worked from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Saturday.
Although I could have possibly been satisfied with that, I had no time for my family; what’s more, I didn’t take a vacation for 7 years, and, as a result, felt serious burnt out.
To add to the stress, my customers were not nearly as satisfied as I had hoped and strived for. The average turnover of my customers was too low, and the remaining wage costs devoured the rest.
My wife and I often talked about our future, and yet, we couldn't find a way to change it. Sometime, during a walk, my wife suggested that I needed to change my work entirely. Her original idea regarding this change took a few weeks to mature, and, as it did, I realized there simple was no other way.
So I took a closer look at my work and my environment, and, after a short time, I tapped into my potential. For starters, I was able to cut back to about half the time spent with the client, and, nonetheless, the client felt just as comfortable and satisfied, if not more!
This efficiently was the beginning of my transformation into a "Hairmaster.”
I have created a global movement:
"The European HAIRMASTER".
System changers, career changers, and world changers who build their lives in their favorite profession HAIRDRESSER - by making their passions and the work they already do with enthusiasm their successful source of income.
My goal now is to show you how you, too, can be a part of this movement! I want you to be a super trained hairdresser.
