The terms and conditions For the use of the video service from European Hairmaster by Reinhard Schuller
1. scope of application:
For all business relations between Reinhard Schuller (in the following European Hairmaster ) and the user (=customer) the following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively.
2. registration:
To be able to use European Hairmaster a registration is necessary under indication of user name, password and a valid email address. In order to be able to use video streams from European Hairmaster , the first name and e-mail address must be entered during registration. The registration is carried out by a final confirmation email in order to be able to use European Hairmaster video streams. Registration for the training videos themselves is free of charge. The user undertakes to provide the registration information truthfully and correctly and to report any changes to the data to office@european-hairmaster.com without delay. The password and the access data may not be passed on to third parties and must be protected from access by third parties. If the user has reason to suspect that a third party has knowledge of his/her password/access data, the user must change this immediately.
In order to be able to use European Hairmaster and the European Hairmaster website, it is possible to register by entering your user name, password and a valid e-mail address. In this way they avoid the annoying new registration process when making their next purchase. However, it is not necessary. We only use this data to deliver your order. The registration takes place by a final confirmation email. You can delete yourself here at any time under office@european-hairmaster.com
3. product:
The website www.european-hairmaster.com offers in particular access to videos via streaming for further training in the field of hairdressing, hereinafter referred to as "videos".
After the user contract has been concluded, the content is coded and made available to the user in encrypted form for streaming/livestreaming. Streaming" in the sense of these GTC means simultaneous and unchanged use by the user. There is no permanent copy on the user's terminal device.
4. terms of use:
The videos may only be viewed by the registered user. The user may not make them available to third parties, either against payment or free of charge. The user is not permitted to reproduce the stream, i.e. to record it, change it, save it and/or make it publicly accessible.
The videos are protected by copyright.
According to the purchased package, the user is granted the temporary right to view the content on a terminal device via streaming.
After expiration of the package, the content is no longer available to the user.
The use of the videos is only possible after receipt of payment.
In the event of any violation, European Hairmaster is entitled to immediately terminate streaming towards the user without the user being able to derive any rights (such as repayment etc.). Any further claims, such as in particular claims for damages against the user, remain unaffected by this.
5. access by the user
The user has to create the technical conditions to be able to play the videos. Technical errors in particular also lacking or bad Internet connections go to loads of the customer and can make this no requirements valid from it.
European Hairmaster makes every effort to ensure that access to the contents is possible without interruption, but this cannot be guaranteed from a technical point of view. A failure of the server or the pages or the web service can unfortunately not be completely excluded. In such cases European Hairmaster will make every effort to solve the technical problems as quickly as possible.
European Hairmaster is only liable if any damage should occur due to an interruption and the interruption has occurred due to an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty on the part of European Hairmaster .
